How to Calculate Average between dates

ChaitanyaNov 26 2015 — edited Nov 29 2015

Hi All,

Below is my requirement. I have 3 columns. Start_Date, username and Hours.

How can i get count of No.of days in avg formula(Last Column in below table).. I'm using Start_date column to get the count of days and i'm filtering out Start_date between 18th nov to 20th Nov for example.

To cut short the issue, Start_Date column is used in the prompt with 'Between And' condition. We select a date range in that prompt. That date range is the Days difference I have to use in the denominator of Avg column.

Could anyone help me on this. Its very urgent for me.

Hours(HH24)

18-Nov-2015

Count(username)

19-Nov-2015

Count(username)

20-Nov-2015

Count(Username)

Total

Sum(count(Username)

Count of No. Of day.

Avg

Sum(count(username))/Count(no.of days)

00513939/3=3
0144412312/3=4
0236615315/3=5
03203535/3=1.6
04003333/3=1

Regards,

Chaitanya
