How to calculate a "Balance" Column

Hi guys,
Can I calculate "Balance" Column from "debit" & "credit" columns:

Credit   Debit   Balance

50           25        25
100           --        125
--           --        125
--           25        100
200           50        150

Namely, In the last recored 150 should be calculated as following:
100 (old balance) + 200 Credit - 50 Debit.
