How to build custom EDI .ecs and .xsd for a file

B2B Gurus,

I have a question.I have file with me with an extension of .te . Its not a standard EDI file. So, i need to build the .ecs and .xsd files based on that .te file. how to do that in Oracle B2B Document editor. I tried by going to spec builder but it is giving some error. can you please help me on this.
