How to bring Slidebar in apex for a region?

Hi All,

I am developing an application using Oracle Application Express 4.2.5.

I created 2 regions in my page.

In One region I need to set control to hide/show.

My requirement is to bring Hide/Show Control in my region. Example is shown in Image attached.

How to do this?
