Oracle Database Discussions

Hello,

We are an state office and call for a bid for hiring an external Oracle support company.

We don't want to hire some specific company C, which says is "Oracle certified partner", because in the past they didn't offer a good service.

We are asking for a company with category platinum or gold partner. However, that company C is participating in the bid. We think that they will try to become platinum or gold partner as soon as possible, to be able to win the bid.

How a company become platinum or gold partner?
