how to become an oracle apps dba

Hi,
I have done OCP in oracle 9i and have 2 yrs experience in managing Production databases....i want to become an oracle apps dba also...
Can anyone tell me, should i study oracle 11i apps....or provide me any link to a pdf document that i should start with
