How to back up symphony database

Hi All,

we currently use back up exec 2015 to back up servers including our symphony server probided by Oracle (micros), unfotunatly the SQL DB on the symphony server always fails the back up with an error of currupt DB on the aggragate db, birepos and quartz,

i have contacted Oracle (Micros) multiple times about solving this issue but with no avail,

please can anyone help
