how to avoid the message 'Do you want to save changes you have made'?

Hello,
i have a new request to add a new field in a data base table which will be an input field (text item) in an already creatde form.
i created the text item. But when testing the form, the message 'Do you want to save changes you have made' is always displayed.
how to avoid this message?
