How to avoid escape character for "," in the SAML response?

Shivam MukhiJan 5 2016 — edited Jan 8 2016

Hi all,

I am facing an issue in the IDP initiated Fed-SSO. We are sending an attribute from OUD to SP. The attribute value in OUD has "," in it, for example: 10050, Madison Square, New York. When this attribute is sent from OAM/OIF to SP via SAML response - a "\" is been added before the ",".

For example:

OUD attribute value: 10050, Madison Square, New York.

OUD attribute value in SAML response: 10050\, Madison Square\, New York.

We are not doing any kind of encoding or encryption for this Fed SSO solution. Please suggest us any solution to handle this at earliest as we have a release planned day after tomorrow.

Appreciate your help.

Thank You.

Shivam
