How to avail "Data Unload (DUL)" Service?

Hi All,

One of my databases has crashed and we tried all the options - No Success. Metalink has recommended to use DUL service, asking us to contact Oracle Consulting for this purpose. But when contacted Oracle Consulting, it looks like they dont undertake this service.

Please advise me.

It is very urgent. Your quick reply will be highly appreciated.
