How to automatically clear DBMS_Output window?

Blue BirdFeb 15 2018 — edited Feb 16 2018

Hi,

I would like to know if is possible somehow to automatically clear output results with each run of PL/SQL code in DBMS Output window? I can't find any such settings. Afrer few runs last resuls are not in visible area anymore and you have to drag scroll bar down to see result of last execution, because window is not automatically scroll down, which is pretty ineffective.

And also if you already have selected code for execution and you click below red eraser icon in DBMS Output window (upper window lost focus in the meantime) when you click back to upper code window selected code is deselected. I think it will be more logical and correct that code remain selected after 1st click, because I just move focus back. That way you have to select all over again.
