How To Automatically Assign Service Requests Only To a Group Owner in R12

I am using Email center configuration to create SR automatically once the mail is sent to specific mail account, but email center configuration does not allow the assign the SR to a specific group or individual, could you please let me know what setups I need to do to assign the SR automatically to a individual.
