How to automate copying of a set of tables from one Oracle DB to other DB

Hi,

How to automate copying of a set of tables from one Oracle DB to other DB continuously?.

The DB's not having connectivity between themselves and only common access to both

DB's are a NFS/Object storage.

Every 15 minutes I need to sync the data between source DB to other DB.
