I have a requirement where a contingent worker need to be hired or converted to be an employee. In this case termination of contingent worker need to be auto approved and hiring this contingent worker need to go through approval. Essentially it is kind of transfer process so only one approval is required that is as part of hire process. What I want is a pay load item to to check termination reason and reason happens to be "Terminate to hire as full time employee" . If this is the reason then need to auto approve. If this is not the right forum, can you please direct me to right forum.
Steps :
1. Terminate contingent worker. Reason is contingent worker need to be hired as full time employee. This transaction in HCM should be auto approved based on termination reason .
I need to access the termination reason or some field ( what is this) in termination task payload? This kind of transaction is to be auto approved.
2.Upon hire of this terminated employee , transaction should go through normal approval process which I configured and working fine.
Is there any documentation on Human task Approval payload ?
