How to auto adjust the window of a form on the screen size of the monitor?

Hi All,

Windows of my software's different forms don't adjust on the other pc's for different size of monitor.

How to auto adjust the windows of different forms based on the screen size of the monitor?

I am using Developer Suite 10g and Forms [32 Bit] Version 9.0.4.0.19 (Production)
