How to assign default value in SQL Developer

Hi All,
Currently I am trying to import .csv file to a Oracle table using import utility method.I have column in table called Date.And I want assign a default value as "SYSDATE".
Can someone help me out,how to map 10 columns in .csv file to 11 columns in Oracle table with default value as SYSDATE.Please suggest:)
