Problem Statement
WE are unable to assign "Access Control Manager Role" to POwer User or Non Service Account Admin User. Presently only Service Administrator have this role as default.
But we have requirement to allow POWER USER as well to assign and remove any Application Role to any other USER or group.
We login as Service admin and trying to assign "Access Control Manager ROle" but we are unable to find the same in existing list of role.
Please help to know how we can assign "Access Control Manager Role" to Non Service Account Admin User.
