How to apply adpatch

I am Oracle Apps newbie. I have to apply adpatch in ebiz suit (11.5.10) Patch 7429271. I went and saw its README.txt which only talk about prerequisite to run adgrants.sql from $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/admin, which I ran without problem. It did not talk about how to apply patch.

Moreover, I could not find any adpatch utility. Please let me know the path where this utility is installed.

Can somebody help me to apply adpatch.
