How to alter session by setting number format

Hi all ,
I use SQL Developer Version 3.1.07 and DB 11g.
In SQL Plus there is a command SET NUMFORMAT 9999999.99;

But i need it to alter my session by using SQL Developer. Unfortunately, this command returns error in SQL Developer:

line 33: SQLPLUS Command Skipped: set NUMFORMAT 9999999.99

Any ideas?
