how to alter default archive destination in RAC environment...

Hi All,

I am using 11gR2 RAC setup , I have two node cluster setup. I want to alter the default archive destination.

Default archive destination is on both the nodes local disk, I want to alter and make it on one of the shared disk.

Can any one suggest me the exact steps for this?
