How to affect automatically roles to a new user ?

Hi,

Under Oracle APEX 24.2.13, is it possible to affect automatically Roles Contributor, Reader to a new user ? The table users contains data and USER_NAME . The authentication of the users is made by a function. When I create a new user, I would like that these roles are automatically affected to the user.
