How to add Text filed and button in report.

Dear Friend,

Apex 4.2.6 ver.

I am working on sample application .

In Order :After select Customer then

There is facility to add product quantity by pressing ADD+ Button if user press ADD+ button then product quantity will be 5 .

I want to add one text field in each row for entering quantity of product by user on time and press add+ button to add quantity of product .

Also I want to add one button Remove quantity ,if user enter wrong no of quantity of product then user can change it

and calculation of below current order report should be reflect according to quantity of text field of each product .


Step To Reach on Problem


Home -->Orders-->Enter New Order

Step 1:Enter New Order

Step 2:Select Existing Customer

Step 3:Screen where is need to requested changes


How can i do this.
