How to add Spell Checker to Apex Rich Text Editor

I have Apex 18.1 How to add Spell Checker.

I found this thread:

Apex 4.2 - Ckeditor 3.x - spell check

But not only it does show in firefox (item remain simple textarea) but only in chrome, even in Chrome the text does not get checked and suggestion made while typing.

Is there a better way to do it?
