How to add rpms to OVM 3.x

Hi all,
I would like to add some rpm packages to my OVM 3 servers (rrdtool, vsftp, ... ) but I see there is no public yum server available for OVM 3.
Can I just pick the rpm from OEL 5 dvd?
Should I buy OVM support to have access to a full yum repository?
