how to add new 3rd party JDBC driver to DBF so it will show as an option on the connection

1. Download 3rd Party JDBC driver from Hxxt.com or Jstels for DBF / FoxPro.

2. Open SQL Developer > Tools > Preferences > Database > Third Par JDBC Driver

3. Add Entry and browse to the folder with the JAR file and select

4.) click New Connection Icon on top left window but the new driver option does not show

what is next steps?
