How to add file browse in interactive grid?

I'm using apex 5.1, universal theme and 11g DB.

I have a page with IG based on emp_photos and basically it would allow the user to upload and view multiple images for each emp.

When I added an IG I could not set the blob column to a file browse item type.

Is there any workaround on this, thanks
