How to add date in XSLT?

All,

soa version: 11.1.1.4

There is a requirement for me to add date to the current date in XSLT.  I searched in 'Data functions', there I couldn't find any pre-defined functions.  How do I achieve it in XSLT?  Any help is appreciated.
