How to add a text field between html text in Oracle APEX 4.2

Hello,

Oracle APEX 4.2

Oracle Database 11.2.0.4

Oracle REST Services 2.0.5

Windows 2008R2

I would like to show a text field between text on an HTML region. For example:

I, <text field for name> agree to the above conditions. <apply button>

I would like to align the text and the text field as shown.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
