How to add a new button beside 'X'(close) button in modal dialog page

Hi All,

I am using Oracle Apex version- 5.0.1.00.06.

I want to add a font awesome icon class beside 'X' button in the modal dialog page like below:

I need this to be implemented at template level of dialog page so that it will apply to all dialog pages of applications.

Can anyone please help me in achieving it?
