How to activate OSN in Oracle Fusion Applications

Hello

I have a oracle fusion application instance. It has an Oracle Social Network link. When I need to enter it, appears a login windows to OSN, and I use the same user and passwrod to Oracle Fusion Application, but a message appeas and says 'Error: Invalid connection'.

I am learning about Fusion Applications, and I think that any configuration was not performanced or it is incomplete.
