Hello,
We are trying to write information to cerner, specifically information for Appeals and Prior Authorizations. We have access to the FHIR R4 API's through a system account, however, looking through the documentation I cannot find resources/endpoints that allow us to write back the following informaiton:
- Appeals: Claim Status
- NoAuth Denials: Authorization status, Authorized CPT codes, Authorization number, Authorized days, claim status
- Crediting: Billed line items credit status and amount
- Prior Authorizations: "Conversation" Information in Cerner PM office for Prior Authorization like, authorized CPT codes, auth number and authorized days", general authorization information.
Please let me know if I am simply missing something or whether there is alternative methods for writing back this information.
