How to access rows in tabular form

Hi Experts,
I am a newbie to Oracle Forms. I am using a tabular form which has 5 rows. I have an insert button and on clicking it, I have to insert all the rows in tabular form into database. My question is how do i access 2nd, 3rd and other rows of the tabular form inside my PL/SQL block.
