How to access private files from UCM

Hi,

In UCM 11g, if we have checked in some files under a specific security group and using the search functionality i am getting the URL of the file then how to view the file without logging into UCM.

Currently my search service returns the URL but when i try to access that URL from a browser it always asks me to enter the User Name/ Password. How do i avoid this or pass the username/password via the invoking application.
