How to access my vm db from host operating system?

My VM is of VMWare Player and Guest installed is Windows 7 Ultimate and Host has Windows 7 Enterprise Edition.

I tried to get a connection from Host but it fails every time, would greatly appreciate some assistance in this regards.

It is a standard installation.

Port 1521

SID:database

Hostname of VM is WIN-9JO6UOJHMPL

It gives me error. VM Network configuration is NAT.
