How to access fields of other VO in the RowImpl class.

Hi All,
I am using jdev version 11.1.2.1.0 .In my application I have dropped two VO's one at the upper half of the page and one on the lower half of the page.
I want to access the fields of the Upper VO in the RowImpl class of Lower VO.

How can I do this?
