how to access BI report/sample data created in Oracle fusion from APEX?

I would like to know the possible ways to access BI Publisher reports created in Oracle Fusion (Reports and Analytics) from Oracle APEX. Can the below REST API be used to achieve it?
REST API for Oracle BI Publisher (0 Bytes)If yes, It would be great if you can provide sample on how to access.
Please suggest on the above queries.
