How to access a document via URL using docid?

I'm checking out the latest version of Oracle WebCenter Content. When I create documents with their DOCID I would like to access those documents using some URL like this http://server:port/some context/DOCID. Is this possible? When you check the URL that Oracle WebCenter Content is using there is no constant URL base.
