How SmartCardIO set Highet Bit Rates in Omnikey CardMan 5321 Reader?

Hi Friends..

I want to know is it possible to set the communication speed to highest bit rates both for Contact/Contactless Reader?..
In this case, i use Omnikey CardMan 5321 Reader..
Does it need special APDU Command or it's done automatically?..
Or maybe., what should i do to solve this?

Please correct me if i'm wrong.
