How run Oracle 10g Lite on pocketpc emulator?

I have huge problem. I have to run oracle 10g Lite on pocketpc emulator in VS.NET 2003, but I dont know how to do this. I read that I should install olite.us.pocket_pc.arm.CAB on my device, but this is just emulator ppc. Maybe you have some simple code in C# (VB also can be) which copy this database to pocketpc (for example SQL CE or Sybase Ultra Lite do this) and which show me the simplest thing like connecting to base, select, insert. I prefer C# but VB.NET also can be.

I really need help becase in Poland I dont know anybody who made this
