How re-size paravirtualization filesystem

Hi
I got the below
[root@rsshost ~]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00
42G 17G 23G 43% /
/dev/xvda6 44G 36G 6.0G 86% /u01
/dev/xvda5 44G 181M 42G 1% /u02
/dev/xvda3 44G 181M 42G 1% /u03
/dev/xvda2 44G 23G 20G 54% /u04
/dev/xvda1 99M 14M 81M 15% /boot
tmpfs 2.5G 0 2.5G 0% /dev/shm
[root@rsshost ~]#

1) Can i resize /u01
2) if cant can i donw /u02 /u03 and re-create withe anoter file system which is size of bath /u02 and /u03
