How RAC helps if there is a I/O contention
If there is a system that is suffering from high I/O..how does RAC helps here as we say the Scalabilty will be high...
We may have more CPU from different machines accessing a shared storage..but if I/O is bottlenect how will it help...
May be the CPU loads get reduced in RAC but the response time is going to be the same right?
