How OATS tool to be installed

Hi All,

Thanks for reading my thread. I am new to OATS.
Before, Each individual has downloaded the QTP( Quick test Pro) in our local machines and license is configured through the server.
How do we configure the OATS tool? Is above procedure applicable to OATS?
If you provide any documentation or links for the installation then that would be more helpful.
