How many primary can a Dataguard Broker manage?

How many primary can a Dataguard Broker manage ?

is it possible to manage on one server 2 primary (the 2 stand are ona another server) with DG Broker ?

1 broker is already active & works fine .

I tried to create a new broker with a new name for a new Instance..Impossible?

Can't find a DGMGRL command lile Alter broker or Add primary ?
