Hi,
I signed up with the free tier to see what Oracle Cloud is like, but can't set up anything for long term free tier use, as "When a new region becomes available, it might take a few weeks before host capacity also becomes available." - and Madrid doesn't seem to have any free tier shapes available (or Ampere A1).
Is there a workaround, so far I've not really been able to get anything done.
