How long does it take to make an app with Oracle Application Developer Framework (ADF)?

Hi, I'm considering make an Oracle Application Developer Framework (ADF) project from scratch with about 30 tables. Kind of a small/medium sized project with some reports and maybe a few business rules. I've never used it before, but I've been coding for 16 years. How many dev hours do you think it would take?
