How LASTSIGNONDTTM field from PSOPRDEFN is populated

Hi Guys,

So we have a requirement that will be based on the LASTSIGNONDTTM from PSOPRDEFN. Basically we have to trigger a certain event that precedes the step that updated the value of LASTSIGNONDTTM. We've tried using the trace but have no luck. Any inputs on what peoplesoft object/event updates this field? Thanks!
