How I can create a .ser file?

Hi.
I created my EJB on Forte IE. Run on Orion AS. But need migrate my EJB to WebSphere 3.5 Advanced Edition.
Which tool I need? why? because WebSphere need a .ser file and Forte don't create the .ser
I will be very thank ful if your are as descriptive as possible.
