we received a data contains data with Jan-0025 in a varchar2 type column, here is need to convert those values to Jan-2025, -year can be need to be previous year if data process run in next month like in Jan-2025 receive data of Dec-2024 and here difference can be of 2 Months like Dec-2024 data can be process in Feb-2025, so it can handle this situation too.

solution can be SQL or PL/SQL type like a function etc.
