how i can connect to oracle 10g db with sys privilege with php oci_connect ?

hello everybody

please can i finf someone who can help me to connect to my db on ocrale 10g with sys privilege using php oci_connect

i always get error : oci_connect(): Privileged connect is disabled. Enable oci8.privileged_connect to be able to connect as SYSOPER or SYSDBA in

i changed : oci8.privileged_connect = on

my code is this : $c = oci_connect("SYS","opera10g",'172.16.50.5/OPERA', null, OCI_SYSDBA);

i cant connect

but with other user it's work perfectly
