How hackable is Oracle?

I have some sensitive data in my company laptop (which has a local Oracle 11g installation on Windows XP Pro).

If my laptop gets stolen, can someone retrieve the contents of the database? Is it possible to start up database by copying control/data files/redo logs etc. elsewhere?

Can data be retried from datafiles?

I do not store DBA password any where in my computer.
